A Lark and her Momster is an informational yet fun podcast that dives into the depths of mother/daughter relationships… the highs and lows, nature vs nurture, hormones, healthy boundaries, and the importance of loving one another through it all… or not?! The podcast is hosted by Larkin Galeas and her “mom-ster” Susan.
Each episode will focus on topics most moms and daughters deal with throughout their relationships. From birth to adulthood the joys and the struggles are real. Episodes are live, unedited, and will occasionally include guest moms and/or daughters who’ll share their stories. Plus we'll feature a different wine (under $20/bottle) to make the episodes even more fun!

With a BA in Music from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, she loves to perform! Larkin currently resides in Music City, Nashville, where she spends time outdoors with her Coydog Luna, spends time inside with a good book and of course spends her Friday nights recording with her Momster!

Who is the Momster? She Is the dedicated and inspiring mom of the Lark. With a Masters in Social Work and Public Health from Tulane University, her career has been a testament to her passion for service and helping others, currently focusing on breaking the cycles of childhood adverse experiences through the nonprofit sector. Above all she has dedicated her life to being an incredible mom and role-model, balancing her professional dedication with the joy and fulfillment of being a Momster!
